Grievance Redressal & Misuse Policy

1. Purpose

This policy outlines the process for fair, transparent, and lawful handling of user grievances. It also protects the company and its employees from misuse, harassment, defamation, suppression, or false cyber-crime allegations.

2. Reporting Channels

All grievances must be submitted only through the official email:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Every genuine grievance will receive a Ticket ID and will be processed within 7–10 working days.

3. Misuse and False Complaints

The following actions are considered misuse of the grievance system:

  • Submitting false allegations or misleading information.
  • Threatening to file frivolous cyber-crime complaints without valid reason.
  • Harassment, abusive language, or defamatory communication.
  • Using grievance channels to coerce refunds or benefits not eligible as per policy.

These acts may attract legal action under:

  • Section 182 IPC – False Information
  • Section 499 & 500 IPC – Defamation
  • Section 66D IT Act – Cheating by Personation

The company reserves the right to issue legal notice and initiate civil/criminal proceedings in cases of harassment, threats, defamation, misuse, or extortion attempts.

4. Data and Communication

For transparency and compliance, all communication is securely logged, including:

  • Telephonic calls (incoming & outgoing)
  • WhatsApp messages
  • Email communications

Logged data may be used for quality control, training, dispute resolution, and legal verification. Abusive or threatening communication may lead to immediate service termination without refund.

5. Resolution Process

The grievance team will evaluate the issue independently, review all communication logs, and provide a written resolution. Refund- or service-related outcomes will follow the company’s official Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes, complaints, legal notices, or proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Delhi, India.
