This policy outlines the process for fair, transparent, and lawful handling of user grievances. It also protects the company and its employees from misuse, harassment, defamation, suppression, or false cyber-crime allegations.

The company reserves the right to issue legal notice and initiate civil/criminal proceedings in cases of harassment, threats, defamation, misuse, or extortion attempts.
For transparency and compliance, all communication is securely logged, including:
Logged data may be used for quality control, training, dispute resolution, and legal verification. Abusive or threatening communication may lead to immediate service termination without refund.
The grievance team will evaluate the issue independently, review all communication logs, and provide a written resolution. Refund- or service-related outcomes will follow the company’s official Refund & Cancellation Policy.
All disputes, complaints, legal notices, or proceedings shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Delhi, India.
