1. Nature of Services

india-registrationportal.org is operated by Perfection Consulting India Pvt. Ltd., a private consultancy firm providing documentation and registration assistance such as IEC, FSSAI, MSME, GEM registrations.

We are not a government portal or government department. All payments made are for consultancy, documentation and application-filing support.

2. Service Initiation

Services begin immediately after payment. Document verification, checking, and application preparation start within a few hours. Once initiated, the service becomes non-cancellable.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

• Duplicate payment made by mistake.
• Payment deducted but no service initiated within 5 working days.
• Application rejected due to internal error from our side (not client mistakes).

4. Cancellation Window

• Cancellation is allowed within 2 hours of payment only if the service process has not yet started.
• After document checking or preparation begins, the service becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.

5. Processing Fee Deduction

• A service & payment gateway charge of ₹499 + applicable taxes will be deducted if refund is approved.
• If manpower has performed document verification or formatting, a flat ₹999 processing fee applies.

6. Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Incorrect, fake, incomplete or mismatched documents submitted by client.
• Client fails to respond to calls, WhatsApp, or email verification.
• Application rejected by government portal due to client data mismatch or policy reasons.
• Client requests cancellation after service initiation.

7. How to Request a Refund

Eligible refund requests may be emailed within 24 hours of payment to:

Required details:

• Full Name
• Registered Mobile Number
• Transaction ID / Payment Reference
• Reason for refund request

Response time: 5–7 business days.

8. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days to the original payment source. Any delay will be communicated via email.

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers must contact support before initiating disputes. False chargebacks may result in action under:

• Information Technology Act, 2000
• Indian Contract Act, 1872

• IEC, FSSAI, MSME, GEM registration assistance
• Consultancy calls & document drafting
• Government fees paid on behalf of client
